I got a lot of messages asking for more info about the coffee post and video from yesterday, so I took the guesswork out of it for you. Here is my recipe again with shoppable links to the items mentioned. Enjoy!
I normally use one cup or 1 1/2 cups of coffee.
I pour hot water into the Vitamix blender so it is nice and warm and does not cool off the coffee when you pour it in.
After the blender is warm, I then transfer that hot water into my thermos or Yeti tumbler.
Pour the coffee into blender, add 1 tbsp or to taste of Laird Superfood creamer. I normally use the sugar free one since I will be adding monk fruit but it is your choice. You can also use the original.
Add in 1 tbsp or to taste of Lakanto monk fruit sweetener.
Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of Bulletproof MCT oil.
Add adaptogen of choice. My go to is Moodbeli Ceremony Tonic that has a mixture of Cacao , Matcha, and Maca.
Blend for a few seconds until nice and frothy, pour and enjoy.
