No-Bake Avocado Fudge

4 #FourSigmatic mushroom chocolate bars

3 tablespoons coconut oil

2 avocados

3/4 cup coconut butter

2 tsp vanilla

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/4 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt


1. Melt coconut oil and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour mixture into 8×8 dish lined with parchment, reserving enough for the drizzle at the end. Freeze this layer while you prepare avocado layer.

2. For avocado layer, blend avocados, vanilla, maple syrup, salt and coconut butter in a high speed blender until silky smooth.

3. Remove pan from freezer and pour avocado layer over chocolate layer. Freeze for 30 minutes.

4. Remove from freezer, drizzle with leftover chocolate, and return to freezer for another 30 minutes.

5. Before serving, let soften at room temperature for about 5 minutes — unless you want to break a tooth!
