Ali’s Collagen Beauty Salad



  • 4 cups chopped watermelon cubs 
  • 1/ cup of crumbled goats milk feta cheese 
  • 3/4 cup of chopped mint 
  • 3/4 cup of chopped basil 
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios 
  • Dressing: 1 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar, mixed with 2 teaspoons of NeoCell Collagen, 1/4 teaspoon of ground sea salt 


Choose a beautiful bowl or platter, layer watermelon first, then feta, sprinkle the mint, basil and pistachios followed by splashes of the collagen dressing
